To develop as a professional, pledges and members are expected to satisfy requirements that depend upon communication, planning, productivity, and creativity. In the past, teamwork has been a key component necessary to ensure the successful execution of events.
From Induction to Initiation - Pledge Requirements:
- Pursuant of a business or economics degree at the University of Missouri-St Louis
- At least one fall or spring semester remaining
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- Free of membership from any competing professional business fraternity
- Must be available 5pm Sunday nights for pledge meetings
- Attend pledge Induction
- Schedule and attend a community service, social, and professional event
- Attend at least one chapter meeting
- Submission of a Resume
- Initiation Fees: $136.00 ($86 eligible to be paid off with fundraising)
- A grade of at least 80% on a fraternal heritage test
- Attend pledge Initiation
Membership Requirements:
- Dues: $75.00 per semester
- Attend chapter meetings
- Serve as a committee chair if elected
- Serve on at least one committee of your choice
- Participate in fundraising, community service, professional, and social events
- Participate in recruiting
